Vestry Technology · Custom Solutions

Your family office is unique.

Your governance system should be too.

Single and multi-family offices with complex structures, bespoke reporting needs, or governance requirements that go beyond a standard platform — Vestry Technology designs and builds for you.

Every engagement is scoped and quoted individually · Vestry Technology builds governance infrastructure, never advice

What We Build

Governance technology, designed around your structure

Built around your family's own entities, decisions and advisory relationships — not the other way around.

Bespoke governance platforms

A private governance portal built for your family's specific entity structure — trusts, companies, SMSFs, international holdings — with your own document architecture, decision register and review cadence.

Multi-family office platforms

One platform serving multiple families — each with a private workspace, its own governance record and its own adviser access — with consolidated oversight and reporting for your practice.

Compliance and reporting systems

Compliance calendars, reporting tools and automated reminders calibrated to the obligations your structure actually carries — SIS Act, ASIC, APRA, or their equivalents in the jurisdictions you operate in.

Adviser coordination systems

Purpose-built adviser portals and briefing systems — connecting accountants, solicitors, financial planners and investment advisers to the family's governance record with scoped, permissioned, logged access.

Document and vault infrastructure

Structured document management — versioned, access-controlled, with a full audit trail — built on the principle Vestry applies to itself: the system holds a copy, and records where the original lives and who holds it.

Investment governance tools

Investment policy statement systems, decision registers that capture the reasoning and the disconfirming evidence, governance dashboards and scenario tooling — built to your family's stated investment philosophy.

Who This Is For

For offices that have outgrown a standard platform

Most governance platforms offer standardised tools, and for most families that is the right answer. Offices with established structures often need something different: a system that reflects the governance design the family already has, rather than one it must adapt to.

Vestry Technology Pty Ltd — the company behind Vestry — designs and builds bespoke governance systems for families and offices where the standard platform is the starting point, not the ceiling.

  • Single family offices with governance obligations a standard workspace cannot express
  • Multi-family offices serving three to twenty families from one practice
  • Family office advisers building a governance layer for their client base
  • Private banks and wealth managers adding family governance capability
  • Cross-jurisdictional family structures with complex entity governance

A note on what this is

Vestry Technology designs and builds governance technology and documentation infrastructure. It does not provide financial, legal, estate planning, tax or investment advice, and a custom build does not move that boundary — the boundary is the architecture, not a limitation of it.

A custom build produces records, registers, vaults and workflow systems. Every document a system produces is a labelled draft that ends at the family's own professional advisers for review, adoption and advice.

What is never built: anything that recommends an investment, an allocation, a structure or a course of action; anything that drafts a will, an enduring power of attorney or a deed, where the wording itself is the legal substance.

How engagements are priced

Each engagement is scoped and quoted individually — there is no standard price, because there is no standard build. Scope, delivery model, timeline and cost are agreed in writing before any work begins.

Delivery is one of three: a hosted private platform operated for your office, a white-labelled platform under your own brand, or a licence to run it internally. Which one is decided at scoping, not assumed.

How It Works

Four steps, in this order

No engagement begins before both sides can describe what is being built and why.

1

Consultation

We understand your structure, the governance you already run, and what is actually breaking. No obligation and no charge — the conversation is useful on its own, and it sometimes ends with the standard platform being the right answer.

2

Scoping

We define exactly what the system must do, who it serves, how it fits your adviser ecosystem, and where the boundary sits. Scope, delivery model, timeline and cost go in writing before any build starts.

3

Build

Vestry Technology designs and develops the system, with your office as the first user and the hardest critic. Working software goes in front of you early and often, not at the end.

4

Deploy

Delivered as a hosted private platform, white-labelled for your office, or licensed for internal use — with your data, your access rules and your audit trail from the first day it runs.
